By accessing or using Cadertx ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
By using Cadertx, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are under 16, you may not use the App.
Cadertx is a creative graphic creation tool that enables users to generate images from text prompts, add custom text to images, and create visual content. The App uses AI technology to provide these services.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree not to use the App to create, upload, or share content that is illegal, harmful, offensive, or violates any third-party rights. Prohibited content includes but is not limited to: hate speech, violence, explicit material, or content infringing on intellectual property.
All content generated through the App, including images and text, belongs to you. However, you grant Cadertx a license to use, store, and process your content to provide and improve the service.
The App offers in-app purchases for coins and VIP subscriptions. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Prices are subject to change without notice.
We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The App may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances.
Cadertx is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, if you violate these Terms or engage in any harmful activity.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of significant changes via the App or email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cadertx operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the appropriate courts.
